These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in tournaments organized by Entrepreneurs Cricket League (“ECL”, “we”, “us”, “the organizers”). By registering, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Registration
Registration is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria communicated by the organizers for the relevant season. All information submitted during registration (name, phone number, city, playing details, and photo) must be accurate and up to date. Registrations are subject to review and confirmation by the organizers.
Registration Fee & Payments
A registration fee (currently ₹800) is payable at the time of registration via our payment partner, Razorpay, using UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. Your registration is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.
The registration fee is generally non-refundable, except where a tournament is cancelled entirely by the organizers, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed by the organizers on a case-by-case basis.
Player Conduct & Liability
By registering, you acknowledge that ECL is not responsible for tournament activities, player misconduct, injuries, or financial losses arising from participation. All disputes or matters relating to the tournament must be resolved directly with the organizers.
Players are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship on and off the field. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove any player or team for conduct that violates the spirit of the league or these Terms.
Photos, Videos & Publicity
By submitting a player photo and participating in the tournament, you grant ECL permission to use your name, photo, and match footage/photography taken during the league for the website, social media, and promotional purposes related to the tournament.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations
Match schedules, venues, and formats may change at the organizers’ discretion due to weather, ground availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to registered players.
Intellectual Property
The ECL name, logo, and related branding are the property of Entrepreneurs Cricket League and may not be used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued registration or participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
